Refund policy

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:
  • The gloves or products are still in their original mint condition and have not been used or worn at all.
  • If the product has a fault or problem upon arrival.
  • The product goes missing or is confirmed lost in the postage. We will have to wait for confirmation from the courier.
  • If you no longer want the product and have a change of mind. Only the payment for the product will be refunded upon arrival to us excluding postage.

    Terms and conditions of returns:
    • The product must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase - if any later then we cannot accept the return.
    • The product must be returned back in exact same condition and quality as you received it unworn
    • If contact latex the paper must not have been removed.
    What we cannot refund:
    • Postage costs.
    • Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed.
    • Products returned 30 days since purchase.
    • Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use. Gloves will wear differently on different grounds and conditions cannot be helped.
